Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for defective items.
  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order (as per tracking information).
  • The item must be in its original packaging and include all components.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
  • Promotional or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the defective item

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address.

Refunds & Processing

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within a reasonable processing time.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
